Pricing & Booking Conditions   (the boring bit)

• The maximum number of occupants must not exceed 5
• The letting period is from arrival on Saturday 4 pm through to the following Saturday 10 am (flexible arrival day between Nov. - March)
  
• The rental price is from £450 to £650 per week fully inclusive of oil central heating, electricity, towels & bedlinen
  
• A fortnightly booking enjoys a £50 discount
  
• A 25% non refundable deposit is requested at the point of booking, with the balance payable 1 month prior to arrival (short breaks payable in full)
• Cancellation must be notified to us immediately by telephone. You are responsible for the full cost of hire minus any monies received from  re-letting
• Ard-Choille Croft is a no smoking property
• Sorry no pets
• For loss or damage to furniture/items you are held responsible for paying the replacement cost
• A £80 Good Housekeeping deposit by separate cheque is requested 4 weeks prior to arrival and will be promptly returned when the cottage is left as found.
• When booking Ardchoille Croft, you agree to keep the property and all fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property in the like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday let. You will make good any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of the holiday let. The property and all fitments, furniture, utilities and equipment must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the period of the holiday let
  

• the booking must be for holiday purposes only
• you will inform us of any additional visitors to the property

The Law of Scotland will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this contract.

You will agree to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
